In order to minimise interaction and direct contact between guests and hotel employees, we have implemented new digital solutions.
PREVENTION
We receive constant training in risk prevention and all the necessary equipment, such as masks, hydroalcoholic gel, thermometers to measure temperature, etc. to work safely.
Social distance
The safety of our guests, employees and collaborators is our primary concern. Our hotel follows all protocols to facilitate the required social distance.
Sanitiser
All our employees are qualified and pre-trained, receive specific training on the new working procedures with the measures to be implemented, as well as on hygiene and the use of protective equipment.
Daily cleaning
Our facility follows certified cleaning protocols, which follow the practices and recommendations of the World Health Organisation and health authorities.
Use of masks
Use of masks in the facilities of our hotel. The mask in the Balearic Islands must be worn at all times and at all times in the common areas such as terraces, cafeteria, restaurant, reception, etc.
